What is a loan? 90% of us know it. We use to run here and there to get a personal loan, housing loan, car loan etc. Most of us interested in taking a loan. We thought we achieve a great milestone when we get a loan. Amazing! why?
If we go to the basics of economics, there are two terms ASSET and LIABILITY. Simply assets are our belongings that bring us income whereas liabilities are our belongings that give us expenses. 90% of our mind is programmed to be concentrated on buying liabilities, isn't it amazing? This same mind results to 90% of us do not become rich. We need to accumulate assets as much as possible to become rich. In simple, those persons are categorised as wealthy who has a lot of ASSETS.
Loan is a liability to the borrower and an asset to the lender. It is bank's asset whereas it is a liability to us. Marup is an asset to us as it brings income to us as interest. But still 90% of us are attracted towards LOAN than MARUP presisely to online loan than online marup. I know it. Just think if bank loans are integrated with an MLM, what may happen? I had taken my housing loan 5 years back and still I need another 4-5 years to repay it. Suppose if the bank integrated AMWAY with my bank loan and put all other loanees who had taken a loan from that bank after me as my downline to AMWAY, what may be my position in AMWAY now and what may be the income that I might received as commissions from AMWAY till today. May be I might have easily repayed my loan by now.
