What is healthy eating? Healthy eating is perceived differently around the world, the simple explanation of this would be a diet that helps maintain and improve the overall health for a person. Unhealthy eating in Hong Kong and around the world has dramatically worsened in the past few decades. Artificial additives in some foods can cause more people to become susceptible to diseases. Poor nutrition can result in obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, and a higher risk of heart disease and stroke, as well as detrimentally affect students’ learning capabilities, memory, and their cognitive development. It's time we made a change!

Healthy eating does not have to be boring! We have compiled a list of recipes from countries around the world which we hope you will be able to make and indulge in. Please enjoy!
