Self pay rates
$175 for Initial Assessment, $125 for 55 minute therapy session.
Reduced Fees
A sliding fee scale is offered on a limited basis. Income documentation will be requested.
Insurance
One Step Forward Counseling, LLC accepts the following as payment. This list is subject to change. It is the responsibility of the client to make payment if the insurance does not for any reason (deductible, loss of coverage, etc)

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $25 missed appointment fee.
