The 6th and 7th floors are businesses and unavailable via elevator or stairs outside business hours; the elevator key or stairs key is required for before/after hours or weekends
The door on S. Burrowes, by the elevator/mailboxes, always requires a key to get in
The door on Calder Way is only open during business hours
Clients enter through the entrance on Calder Way, will check in with the front desk downstairs, and then be directed to the elevator
If choosing to see clients on a holiday, weekend, or before/after business hours, you will need to go downstairs to meet them at the S. Burrowes door
Cleaning staff come in 1-2x/week to vacuum and take out the garbage
If the bathroom is out of paper towels or toilet paper, message Ashley at (442) 444-2146
The parking address is 224 S. Burrowes St. and is first come, first serve; there is no guaranteed parking; however, this has never been an issue
If you need to drive a different car than the one that has the parking sticker, email Ashley at ashley@gnrealty.com and request a temporary parking pass for the date/s needed
Every morning, text the front desk at (442) 444-2146 to let them know what time you're expecting in-person clients
The front desk will direct clients to the elevators and text you to let you know when a client is on their way up
If the front desk person is not there, clients can come up on their own; however, this means you won't get a text. Make sure to check for clients even if a heads-up text has not been sent
Clients can wait at the end of the hall or the chairs located outside the office suites
