Recording of Sessions Disclaimer

We anticipate recording Summit sessions. Depending on the presentation and meeting view, sessions held as Zoom meetings may display attendee videos during the session and on the recording if an attendee's video is turned on, and your display name will be visible to other attendees in the meeting and, if you use the chat, those viewing the recording. If you do not want your video or name recorded, please turn off your video during any session held as a Zoom meeting and change your display name to one you are comfortable having visible to those in the meeting and/or viewing any recordings. If you have any concerns about being recorded in sessions, please contact us at online@osrhe.edu to further discuss your options.
