Attendees from partner organizations have been provided with an air travel scholarship of $400.
As of May 22nd, all flights have been booked through One Fair Wage (OFW) or will be booked separately and submitted for reimbursement. If you booked your own flight, you can submit for reimbursement of up to $400 using this form.
All attendees who OFW booked flights for will be receiving an email by Tuesday, May 27th with your airline confirmation numbers.

Attendees from partner organizations have been booked at the Hyatt Regency LAX for the night of Sunday 6/1.
When you check in, please give your first and last name and indicate you are with the One Fair Wage group. They will collect a credit card at check-in for an incidental fee which will be refunded at check-out.
If you are staying extra nights, you should have coordinated that with Rachel (rachel@onefairwage.org).

The Hyatt Regency LAX provides complimentary shuttle service every 15-20 minutes, 24/7 daily from LAX so there is no need to pre-book.
To access the hotel shuttle upon arrival at LAX:
Exit the airport on the 2nd level then look for the RED hotel shuttle pickup location
Look for the PURPLE and WHITE shuttle that says “QuikPark/Hyatt Regency (see picture to the left)
