Our Leader Support Team is an evolution of our coaching model.  The focus of this team is to provide intentional and consistent care of all life group leaders.  We believe that God is a multiplier of our time and when we are obedient and serving in alignment with our spiritual gifts.  Our mission is to serve in excellence and provide healthy life-giving groups that insure that No One Walks Alone while attending One Community Church.
