Gmail undo function work maximum for 30 sec. Meaning the email won't be delivered for 30 sec for sure.
MS recall will only work if user has not opened or is using MS Outlook and Exchange. Normally recall will not work in many cases.
So Gmail Undo function is more secure and reliable.
Gmail archive does not remove the mail from mailbox. Just hides from view. Can still be searched at anytime.
If Conversation view is turn on it means replies to emails are grouped in conversations. If Conversation mode is off each email shows up in your inbox separately.
