Here are some tips or steps to help you protect your computer and files.
Use strong passwords
Don't share your password with anyone but your parents
Don't save your online information on the computer.
Log out when you are not using the computer.
Backup your files
Beware of emails. Only open emails and their that are from people you know
Do now download files from sites you don't trust
Ask your parents before giving out personal information or downloading
Ask your parents if there is a virus protection program and firewall for your computer.
Tell your parents or an adult if you see anything that does not look right.
