Trailer loading at OAR boathouse Saturday, 9:00-11:00 AM.
All rowers, please arrive by 5:30 AM Sunday.
Flight 1 - 7:30 AM

Trailer loading immediately following races. Unless you have arranged with Coach Victoria, all athletes should stay until loading is complete and released by the coaches.
Boat unloading is planned to be around 5:00 PM Sunday at OAR boathouse. Coach will update after the race.

Make sure to bring the following:
food–breakfast, lunch and snacks (there will be no food or drinks provided)
water bottle
racing uni
extra clothes (arrive dressed to race and wearing layers over top of your uni)
sunscreen
sunglasses
warm hat
hat with visor
headlamp (it will be dark at 5:00 AM)
a watch
your wrench

Parking
Parking at the viewing site, Gas Works Park, gets crazier as the day goes on. Since you will probably get here early, there should be spots in the lots at Gas Works or nearby neighborhood. The lots fill up as the day goes on so you might not want to risk driving.
Food
The OAR kitchen will NOT be providing food or drinks rowers. Consider this the "Bite of Seattle Regatta!"
Coffee, treats, and concessions will be available at Gas Works Park. Plus there are some good places nearby or between SPU and Gas Works.

Get your regatta go bags out of the closet, it's officially fall racing season!
