Information below is from Commencement Bay Rowing Club
The parking lots within Harry Todd Park will be used for trailer parking. Other cars must park in the surrounding neighborhood, making sure nobody's driveways are blocked, and steering clear of no-parking sections of the streets. Grant Avenue, Washington Avenue, and the side streets have plenty of street parking, and you can use the parking lots at Tillicum Elementary School. AVOID UNION AVENUE (THE STREET CLOSEST TO THE FREEWAY) BECAUSE OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION. (SEE MAP BELOW.)
We have reserved a few spots within the park for handicap parking. If you need this, please speak with one of the parking attendants for directions.
Please note that this is an approximate map of the 5K course. For example, the buoys shown on the map may not indicate the exact location of the actual course buoys, and the posting of the Course Marshalls may not be exactly at the indicated locations. (The start of the shortened 3K course will be by the Veterans' Hospital to the west of Silcox Island.)
