Reminders

P.E. Days KA/KB: Tuesdays and Fridays

Please ensure your child is wearing appropriate footwear. Children wear their PE uniform on PE days.

Drop-off Procedure:

Please try to add a little time to your morning commute because of traffic. Students need to be in the classroom by 8:05.

Minimum Days:

Dismissal is at 12:10. Regular carpool procedures apply.

Wednesdays:

Whole school late start at 9AM

Folders:

Blue folders with a practice reading book go home on Mondays and are to be returned on Thursday (beginning in October).

Red folders are sent home every Friday with completed classwork. Please keep the papers and return the empty folder on Mondays.

Rules/Policies

Behavior/Consequences: Our classroom and school policy will be discussed at Back-to-School Night.

Uniform: For kindergarten only, students are to wear athletic shoes with Velcro, slip-on style, or laces that can be secured. Mary Jane shoes are allowed on days without P.E. We find that shoelaces are a safety hazard for this age level. If you have not already purchased your child's shoes, please follow the rules for kindergarten footwear when you purchase the next pair of shoes.

School iPad: The iPad contract must be signed by a parent before an iPad can be issued to a student.
