I am currently entering my 5th year of teaching, and my 1st year of teaching fourth grade! :) I have previously taught second grade, Pre-K and Kindergarten! 

I graduated from Temple University in 2019 (Go Owls!!) with a degree in Criminal Justice, and the plan of being a Lawyer. I began my first legal internship in San Diego, California, and very quickly realized that being a lawyer was not for me! So I moved home and took a job at Saint Anthony's as a classroom Aide, and loved it! From there, I became a lead classroom teacher, and that inspired me to go back to school for a teaching degree. I completed my student teaching placement in 2nd grade at Gwynedd-Mercy Academy Elementary School, and then was able to graduate from Gwynedd-Mercy University in 2024 with my Masters in Early Childhood Education with a speciality in Pre-K through 4th grade! 

Prior to teaching 4th grade at OLM, I taught 2nd grade at Germantown Academy! My time in 2nd grade showed me that I really enjoyed teaching older students, and now I have the privledge of teaching wonderful 4th graders, and even more fortunate to be teaching at OLM! My mom and aunts all went to OLM when it was Saint Alphonsus, so it feels like a full circle moment that I get to follow in my mother's footsteps and spend time in this school as well!

I am an avid baseball and Phillies fan. I love cheering the Phillies on both at Citizens Bank and from my living room, and I am (fingers crossed) hoping to see some October baseball! I also enjoy enjoy baking, traveling, writing, and being at the beach in Ocean City, New Jersey. Additionally, I love going to concerts! I've lost track of how many I have been to, but my first concert ever was The Jonas Brothers. I also enjoy spending time with my friends, reading, or playing with my dog, Mabel! I also enjoy spending quality time with my family! I am the oldest of three siblings. I have a sister named Clare (she is a teacher as well!) and a brother named John, who is currently beginning his flight school training with the United States Navy in Pensacola, Florida!
