Hello students and families! Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little better.
I earned my B.S. in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Temple University. I completed my student teaching at Wissahickon Middle School, where I taught sixth grade Math and Science. During that time, I developed and led an after school Science Club.
Since graduating, I became a full-time mom and started teaching at local public and Catholic schools. Including, Long Term Substitute Teacher position at Sandy Run Middle School, K-12 Per-Diem Substitute Teacher at North Penn School District and Springfield School districts, Substitute Teacher in K-12 and Autistic Support/Special Needs at Wissahickon, Long Term Substitute in 3rd grade at OLM, 6th Grade Teacher at OLM, and now STREAM Teacher at OLM for grades 5 and 6. Through my experiences, I've learned flexibility, adaptability, and perseverance. I love sharing my enthusiasm and joy for faith, life, teaching, and learning with my students!
In addition to teaching, I love spending time with my family and friends. My husband's name is Greg and our children are Jacob, Marianna (aka Mali), Andre, and Will. We are parishioners at St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Ambler. Our family pet is a tabby cat named Puss-In-Boots, affectionately known as Cat.
