Mrs. Maher is an avid fan of the Phillies and Temple Owls. Mrs. Maher was nominated and chosen to be a Phillies All-Star Teacher by one of her students and was honored before a Phillies game in May 2025. She also enjoys bowling, having been a member of various leagues. She loves spending time with her husband, children, granddaughter, and extended family, especially during their summer vacation on the Outer Banks in North Carolina.
With her family and teaching at the forefront of her life, Mrs. Maher is grateful for everything life has brought her and carries that passion and gratitude in and out of the classroom.
