Mrs. McLean Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from Bloomsburg University and is a certified Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner. Originally from the Scranton area, she moved to Montgomeryville in 1999 when her husband became Commanding Officer of Naval Recruiting District, Philadelphia.
Mrs. McLean and her husband, Jeff, have been married for 37 years and have raised three sons: Jacob, 35; Matthew, 27; and Timothy, 23. Her home parish is Mary, Mother of the Redeemer in North Wales, where all three of her children were students and graduates of the parish school.
Wanting to remain active in the field of education, Mrs. McLean served as a catechist for many years in numerous parishes where her family was stationed, and finally, at MMR, where she was also the administrative assistant to the Director of Religious Education for six years.
She is an active member of her parish community, serving as an Extraordinary Eucharistic Minister and as a member of the Guitar Ministry Choir.
Mrs. McLean is a lover of animals, home renovation shows, the Phillies, and the beach. The McLean's "Fur Babies" are a Cocker Spaniel named Rudy and their cat, Felony.
