If you are over 5 minutes late to your class you will be marked as UNEXCUSED for the remainder of the day. Please make sure to let us know ASAP if you will not be making it on time or if you will be absent.

Make sure all your work is saved to your Google drive, no work should be saved directly on your desktop computer.
Sign out of your Chromebook.
Press and hold the following keys in this order: Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r.
Select Restart.
In the box that appears, select Powerwash and then Continue.
Follow the steps that appear and sign in with your Google Account.
Once the Chromebook is reset, follow the instructions on the screen to setup your Chromebook.
If the issue remains, you will need to email Karina Eumana at keumana@oliverscholars.org with your computer serial number, and a contact phone number. You can find the S/N on a sticker underneath the computer.
