How to sign up for this program?
Fill in the Application Form. The deadline for application is March 31st,2024
If your application is shortlisted, we will contact you end of April for a preliminary admission test and interview.
All applicants who pass the test will be accepted conditionally in the summer camp and their performance will be monitored for a final decision to be made by mid-August.

Why is admission into MAC Quran Academy so selective?
This is an intense program. It is not the regular “Hifz” program and hence is not recommended for everyone. The program requires a lot of commitment from students and their families for the duration of 5 years.
We have very limited seats and we want to ensure the candidates will be able to succeed in their journey.
If anyone drops off from the program, it will be very difficult if not impossible to fill in their spots. We want to ensure more than 80% retention until the end of the program.
Can my child try out this program before giving up my OGS spot?
Unfortunately, no. Commitment is needed from the beginning. OGS students who choose to enroll in this program will have their spot at OGS filled by another student from the waitlist. If, for whatever reason, a student drops out of the program, he/she will be given priority on the waitlist for OGS. However, a spot cannot be guaranteed.
Will every student in this program be memorizing on their own?
We will be keeping each cohort together in their memorization and Quran learning.
Those who are advanced and already memorized the portions set in the curriculum will be doing more rigorous reviews of their memorization and further challenged with understanding the Quran.
What are the annual tuition fees for the program?
Annual tuition fees, paid monthly over the course of 11 months: $9,800
Are there any extra fees for the summer program?
Tuition fees are inclusive of the summer program.
What is the schedule for the summer prep camp?
4 weeks: July 8th - August 2nd, 2024
9:00am-1:00pm; 3 hours of learning and 1 hour of play/recreation
How much is the summer prep camp?
$150 per week.
What does the summer program entail?
Once the students are enrolled in the program, they are expected to work for 4 weeks during their summer break to keep up with their memorization. Summer program may vary from one student to another based on their level and needs. The Quran teachers will be available during the summer to run the program.
Is there a priority system for admission?
If we have more potential successful candidates than the spots available, we will apply the following priority system:
Current OGS students.
Current OGS candidates on the waiting list.
Gender balance (boys vs. girls).
Will siblings of students in this program be given priority if applying to OGS?
Yes, the sibling of students enrolled in this program will have priority for their admission to OGS.
Are they any discounts or subsidies?
A sibling discount is offered for siblings joining the same program or OGS school.
For qualified families, the MAC Education fund is available to subsidize 30% off the regular tuition fees (Deadline extended for the MEF until Aug 15th).
