Directions for Found Portrait Masterpiece: Watch attached video and gather clothing and objects to make a portrait. Your choices are Frida Kahlo, Mona Lisa, Girl with the Pearl Earring, Vincent van Gogh, or a self-portrait of you or someone in your family.

For the week of Monday April 27th, your first set of activities are the following:
20 push-ups
20 sit-ups
100 line jumps (front to back)
100 line jumps (side to side)
100 line jumps (scissors)
Complete these exercises by the end of the week (NOT daily).
The second set of activities will require you to do physical activity everyday for a minimum of 15 minutes per day.

Practice keeping the steady beat to a song of your choice using patting, clapping, stomping or snapping! Remember we call those actions, body percussion!
Watch the link attached and practice speaking along to the sounds. When "Ti" is highlighted you say ti, when "ta" is highlighted, you say ta. For an extra challenge, try saying it and adding one body percussion action!
