the 24 Hour Plays

Since 2001, stars from Broadway, film, and TV have gathered to write, rehearse and perform new plays in “The 24 Hour Plays” program. Extraordinary artists race the clock, forge enduring creative partnerships, and leave everything on the stage in a singular evening of live theater. After the success of last year's amazing production "The 24 Hour Plays" is coming to Okemos High once again. Six creative OHS staff members will write six original plays for 36 of our talented students to rehearse and perform in just 24 hours. This "One Night Only" event will happen on February 2027.
