Charge of Committee
The COC is established to enhance public confidence by providing an independent review on the use of bond proceeds as authorized by Oklahoma City Public Schools voters on November 8, 2022.  The COC is charged with ensuring the Campaign Projects are implemented on time, with quality, with transparency and within budget.  The COC will monitor the process and progress of the Campaign Projects and provide advice and recommendations upon request to the Board of Education (BOE) or District Administration.  The COC shall function as a standing BOE advisory committee. The COC shall report findings and recommendations to the Board annually or more frequently, if appropriate. 

Member Code of Conduct 

• To serve as an ambassador of the BOE, District Administration and COC in promoting the bond and bond progress to the OKCPS community.

• Each committee member is expected to make a firm commitment to attend all Committee meetings.  

• Represent all OKCPS schools while also being a voice for your home community.

• Bring community feedback or concerns related to bond projects to staff and committee.

• COC Members are encouraged to participate on a project design team(s).
