What Is Piano Class? 

Piano is an elective class in middle and high school. Piano is offered at just a few OKCPS schools, but it is growing! Students may begin piano instruction in the 5th grade at Classen SAS MS, but all others will begin in 9th grade and up at certain high schools. 

Most of the time, students will be learning in the regular classroom setting, but school piano classes also include on and off campus shows and recitals, contests, collaborations with other art departments and so much more!
