Jay Loegering brings more than 32 years of human resources experience and currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources for Union Public Schools in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in the medical, manufacturing, public utilities, and education sectors, providing a broad perspective on workforce development, organizational leadership, and employee relations.

Jay earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Tulsa and completed graduate studies in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Illinois State University. He holds the prestigious Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.

An active leader in the HR profession, Jay is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Tulsa Area Human Resources Association (TAHRA), Oklahoma Association of School Business Officials (OKASBO), and the American Association of School Personnel Administrators (AASPA). As a presenter, he shares practical insights and real-world experience in human resources, leadership, employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
