PIN & Authorized Pick-Up People

• Please ensure you review your list of authorized pick up personnel and update the information if needed.

  • Every authorized pick-up person is REQUIRED to bring a form of identification to show to staff upon pick-up. 

  • Every single authorized pick-up person is REQUIRED to have a personal pin number to pick up your student.

  • A form will be provided for parents of split families to be able to have their own list of authorized pick up people.

  • Phone numbers work great for this, as the pin has to be unique to the individual district wide. (Example: If a parent at Fair Oaks has ‘1234’ as their pin for their child, a parent at Magnolia cannot have the same pin)

• PICK UP: Pick up is located near the 50’s gate in the front, please walk up the concrete path and ring the doorbell at the door to the right!

Pick up time 

• The latest pick- up time is 6:00 PM.

• Any pick-ups after 6:00PM will result in an attendance notification.

•  After four unexcused absences/late pick-ups your student will be dropped from the program. 

Walkers 

• A form will be provided to allow students in grades 3-6 to walk home.

•  ALL WALKERS will be released at 4:45 PM. 

• Students in grades K-2 can walk home with an older sibling ONLY.

• Students with permission to walk home must be everyday walkers, if they need to leave earlier, an authorized person MUST pick them up.
