Please type and return electronically and use your child's first and last name in FILE NAME. Such as "Jane Doe Checklist for Adult Sponsor", "Jane Doe Student Checklist", "Jane Doe Research Plan", and so on. We suggest SAVING these files to your home computer in case we request a re-submission.
IMPORTANT:
The science fair project TITLE must be written EXACTLY the same on ALL paperwork, forms, and slides. Capitalize the first word, last word, and all important words in the title.
