Petite Palm Beach Weddings is the brain-child of Destination Wedding Planner & Event Designer Oniki Hardtman of the Award-Winning firm, Oh Niki Occasions, based in NYC & South Florida.

Together with Oniki's team of coordinators, the following are Included:

• up to 6 hours of on-site wedding day management by (1) coordinator

• up to 3, (1) hour virtual calls with our team to provide concierge-style assistance with ceremony & reception venue selection, additional vendor upgrades & bookings, hotel accomodations for the couple & their guests and more.

• unlimited emails with our team

• comprehensive wedding day timeline for all vendors

• access to our complete preferred vendor & venue list(s), including special discounts and incentives just for our clients and fun surprises along the way!

Please Note: Petite Palm Beach Weddings packages must be booked 4+ weeks in advance and no longer than 8 months out from your selected wedding date.

Additional planning or coordination hours and pre/post wedding events such as rehearsal dinners, welcome cocktail parties, excursions and farewell parties may be booked at an additional fee.

No matter which inspiration you select, the pricing & inclusions are the same, just tell us how many guests you expect!

Included: Designer Table Setting Rentals for up to the amount of guests in your selected package (10, 20, 30, 40 or 50). Designer Collections are NOT interchangeable, however, you will have your choice of print or solid color linens/napkins to customize the design.

Centerpiece & Accent Florals for your reception tablescapes, as customized by collection & number of guests.

Additional options such as Ceremony Flowers (Custom Arch Designs or pedestal arrangements), additional bouquets, corsages & boutonierres for parents/witnesses and bridesmaids/groomsmen are available at an additional cost. Certain Flowers are subject to seasonal availability.

Here at Petite Palm Beach Weddings, we love to Gift & Give Back with ONEHOPE Wine. We encourage you to select a non-profit charity to support, perhaps in lieu of, or, in addition to gifts for your wedding registry. In turn, we are gifting you mini-bottles of ONEHOPE mini brut for your guests. If you would like to order bottles of wine for the celebration, 10% of your ONEHOPE wine purchase will go to the 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization of your choosing. Please note: All above pricing is based on a ceremony start time prior to 1pm, Monday - Thursday. Scheduling is based on a brunch or Lunch Reception at the venue of your choosing to immediately follow.

51+ or more Guests, Weekend Weddings or Weekday Evening Weddings are all available for an additional fee. Weddings in Miami-Dade or Broward County are subject to additional travel fees.
