Communications

How does the district communicate with families?

Families receive communication through the One Call Now automated information system. The system can provide emails, text and/or phone calls. It is the same system the district has used all year for communication, including inclement weather and emergency information. The district is primarily using emails -- with text messages alerting parents to the email -- to communicate information related to the Coronavirus.

What do I do if I'm not receiving information?

Generally, people are not receiving information for one of two reasons: their contact information is inaccurate, or they are not the primary contact. One Call Now messages go to the primary contact but five additional email addresses or cell-phone numbers can be added to receive messages.

To add additional email addresses and phone numbers to the contact list, the primary contact can create a My Call Now account by going to https://www.mycallnow.com and creating an account using the primary contact's email address and your student's ID number.
