Direct Instruction is provided during the school day to primary-age students needing additional support in reading.

After-School Visits take place in communities so that any child, regardless of the school they attend, can visit the bus.

Parent Education equips adults with tools that encourage reading at home and build communities of readers.

Summer Programs are days spent with storytelling, math games, mentor reading and popsicles!

Book Bus Buddies

Book Bus Buddies offers unique ways for children who cannot regularly join us due to their special needs to experience the Book Bus in ways that work for themFunding for this program is through the Greater Cincinnati Foundation and private donations.. 

The Second and Seven Foundation 

We are proud to be a partner of The Second and Seven Foundation who donate over 1000 books annually! Oak Hills High School athletes encourage the students to work hard and be positive role models as they share these books which focus on kindness, acceptance and other life skills.
