Og Supporters community wide meetings

We plan to have three community wide OG Supporters Meetings a year! These will be hosted at the school, with something to eat, and feature topics of (we hope) interest to the entire Ockley Green Community.

The next community wide meeting will be in April. We will post more details closer to the event.

Jefferson Transition Team

First meeting: Wednesday, February 11th 5:30–6:30 pm
North Portland Library – Large Community Room 2A

A growing group of parents and caregivers from Ockley Green, Faubian, Vernon, and Tubman who want to stay connected, support Jefferson, and build momentum for what’s ahead.

The goal of the first gathering is simply to get to know each other and start imagining how this group can best support Jefferson. If you'd like to be added to the sign up list or have other questions about the meeting please reach out to Kate at president@ogsupporters.org.

Some of the shared goals include:

1) Supporting Jefferson now

2) Building community across the four feeder schools

3) Building excitement for Jefferson

4) Helping families feel confident, informed and connected

5) Staying in relationship with PPS to support the academic, arts, and athletic commitments made to Jefferson

This meeting is open to anyone who'd like to join!
