Once an account is created and information has been processed, we will reach out as soon as a space becomes available. We give priority registration to our current families first and any available space will be open to new families. Please be patient with us.

Student Safety Process
Signing In/Out
Only Adults/Guardians may use the IPAD. All students must be signed in and out on our IPAD.
Pick-Up Process
Must show ID at pick up when asked.
Only individuals on authorized pick up list may pick up. Please be sure to update through your account or contact Admin for assistance.
Student must be signed out.
Absences
All BASE student absences must be reported to BASE Supervisor or BASE Teacher. Email, call, or mention in-person are all accepted. It is important to notify us if student is not attending in the PM.
TK/K students
TK/K students will be dropped off and picked up by BASE Teachers. All other grades will walk to class in the AM and report to BASE in the PM.

We provide breakfast in the AM and one snack in the PM
Activities
BASE activities consist of arts & crafts, science, and cooking.

Each location has a specific schedule. Here is a SAMPLE.
Morning
6:30 AM - -------- BASE opens

Payment Information
Tuition is based on 180 instructional school days. We do not prorate for any months and withdrawing requires a two-week notice. Additional fees will apply towards in-service days and vacation weeks that BASE is open. If payment is not submitted by the due date, a $25 late payment fee will be applied to your account. The monthly charges are based on the number of days school is open each month multiplied by daily rate; therefore, each month will be slightly different.
You can choose from 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week. Charges will be per month and selected days must be consistent each month. For any requests that occur after billing has been processed, it will be effective the following month.
