In Ogden School District (OSD), we believe that science and engineering education is critical for student success. 

Ogden School District follows the teaching and learning requirements outlined by the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) as outlined in the Utah Core - Science with Engineering Education (SEEd) standards. USBE adopted Grades 6-8 SEEd Standards in December 2015 and the Grades K-2, 3-5, and High School (Biology, Chemistry, Earth and Space Science, and Physics) Standards in June 2019. 

To facilitate instruction and planning to teach the SEEd Standards in OSD, vetted resources have been compiled and instructional guides have been developed.
