Mount Ogden is Authorized as an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School
Self-efficacy is a student’s belief that they can succeed, even when learning feels challenging. When students believe their effort makes a difference, they are more likely to persist, take risks, and grow. You can support this at home by praising effort, encouraging small goals, and reminding your child that struggle is part of learning.
At Mount Ogden Junior High we value attendance as the first step in learning. Our goal is to have our students attend school 95% of the time. So far during 3rd term we have 35% of our students who meet that expectation. We would like all students to receive the high quality instruction that our teachers are preparing every day. Please check your child's attendance regularly and ensure that they are in school. Please call the attendance line at the school if you have any questions about your child's attendance.
