House Points
To incentivize positive student behavior, faculty members will utilize a token-based system to award House Points. Each staff member will receive a weekly allocation of tokens to distribute immediately upon observing exemplary conduct. Students will deposit these tokens into designated House jars located within each classroom. At the conclusion of each week, classroom tokens will be aggregated by House and transferred to the clear acrylic display boxes in the foyer. Cumulative token totals will determine rewards and recognition at designated intervals.
Use tokens to promote positive behaviors.
One token per student. Two tokens if the student goes above and beyond.
Try to pass out a couple tokens each day
This system will only work if we all buy-in and use the tokens with consistency.
