After-School Clubs/Activities Schedule
PLEASE REMEMBER TO STAY AFTER STUDENTS MUST SIGN UP FOR THE ACTIVITY PRIOR TO NOON ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. This is how we keep track of after-school attendance. STUDENTS COMPLETE THE FORM EACH DAY THEY STAY FOR BOTH PARENT PICK UP AND FOR ELEMENTARY BUS SIGN UP.
Please note: Any student riding the Activity (Elementary) bus will be dropped off at an area stop, NOT their normal MS route drop off location. Student bus assignments and stop locations are posted at 1pm and the activity sponsor reviews this with them during their activity.
Monday: MS Student Interest Club
Tuesday: No Activities
Wednesday: Eagle Choir
Thursday: No Activities
Friday: No Activities
Parents must review and sign the OFMS: After School Activity Information & Acknowledgement Form prior to a student staying after. This must be completed ONCE for the year.
If a student is staying after school, they must complete this After School Activity Sign Up Sheet DAILY by 12:00pm. This daily sign up sheet requires an OFR5 email. STUDENTS must complete.

OFMS's first Kona Day is fast approaching! See the link below for individual purchases. Those who purchased the yearlong, Kona Pass will not need to use the individual links. The link will close on September 22 @ 10:00 pm.

OFMS Fun Walk – Volunteers & Pledges Needed!
Mark your calendars for Friday, September 26th at 1:00 PM! The PTO Fun Walk is our biggest fundraiser of the year, with music, treats, and activities for our Eagles. 100% of proceeds go directly to support OFMS students and staff.
We’d love for parents to join us—click HERE to sign up as a volunteer.
And don’t forget to start collecting pledges for your student today! Click HERE to be taken to PTBoard. Cash donations can be turned into the office. Please send in an envelope or baggie with the Student's Name and Grade. Thank you in advance for supporting our PTO and students!
