ANNOUNCEMENTS:

• MAP testing begins Monday, May 5th and goes all week!

  • Be sure to get a good night's sleep each night before testing.

  • The district is providing free breakfast to all students during the week of MAP testing.

  • Please make sure your students arrive on time.

  • Please have your student charge their Chromebook each night to make sure they are ready for testing each morning.

  • All students need *WIRED*  (non bluetooth capable) headphones for testing. Students will not be allowed to use wireless devices of any kind.

    • Wireless headphones like Beats with the option to add a wire to plug in will NOT be allowed during testing.

• Kona Day is May 7th! Please click HERE to preorder.  Remember, these are for individual purchases. Those who purchased the Kona Pass will not need to use the link. The link will be active until 6PM on May 6th.

• PTO Needs Your Help

  • There are numerous activities happening at the end of the year that our PTO organizes and takes care of. Please click HERE or see below to see how you can help.

    • 8th Grade Bash Item Donations

    • OFJH Staff Appreciation Week

    • Cash Donation Page (Staff Appreciation Week and/or 8th Grade Bash)

• Please remind your student to either charge their Chromebook at home (preferred method) or bring their charger to school to make sure they have a useable computer for all of their classes each day. Students with multiple instances of not being prepared for class can receive an office referral.

• Don't forget to FOLLOW US on social media. We are always posting about the awesome things our students are doing in class!

• Please check out the homework planner (below) for information on the assignments being done in your child's classes.
