ANNOUNCEMENTS:
After school activities begin on September 8th - all families wanting to participate in after school activities MUST complete THIS FORM before staying after.
Students are required to arrange a ride home with guardian approved transportation. Pick up must arrive by 3:45pm in the front of OFJH. Two late pick ups (4:00pm or later) may result in an inability to participate in after school activities.

The form has been updated and is easier to complete online. We encourage all families to fill out the form as the criteria for qualifying changes year to year.
