Prof. Henri Bava (President of the French Landscape Architecture Association) and Prof. Steffen Nijhuis (Head of the Landscape Department, Delft University of Technology), who are collaborating researchers in this research program, were invited to the Kick-off Symposium for this research program. The symposium was attended by the members of the program.

At the symposium, each member of the program introduced his/her research, and the guest lecturers talked about the latest initiatives in the world's most advanced European landscape industry, their own works, and the content of their research.

In addition, from the viewpoint of exchanges between overseas experts and TUAT students, the guest professors also attended the interim presentation of the master's program held prior to the symposium, and gave many comments on the presentations by the students.
