École Nationale Supérieure du Paysage de Versailles, which has produced the majority of France's national paesagistes*, hosted a lecture "Crossed Perspectives: Michio Tase and Ludivine" by Michio Tase, who is involved in the greening of Across Fukuoka in Japan and the Tono Horse Culture Restoration Project, and Ludivine, a graduate of École Nationale Supérieure du Paysage de Versailles, based in Berlin and active in various parts of the world. Michio Tase, a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Landscapes de Versailles in France, and Ludivine, a Berlin-based landscape designer active around the world, gave a lecture entitled "Crossed Perspectives: A Conversation between Michio Tase and Ludivine, French and Japanese Landscape Designers".
The lecture was held at École Nationale Supérieure du Paysage de Versaillesand was simultaneously broadcast online. Students from Chiba University's Faculty of Horticulture and its Graduate School of Horticulture participated from Japan, learning about original landscapes in Japan and France, interpretation of the design process, design methods, etc.
