A: Please review this flyer for resources on how to monitor the progress of your student in online applications, verify that your student has completed the tasks assigned by their teacher(s)

Q: My child has an special needs, how will they be supported?
A: General education teachers and the ESE support facilitator (if they are an inclusion class) are supporting children in a co-teacher model virtually. The ESE support facilitator should collaborate with the general education teacher and provide activities for the ESE students. Please reach out to your child’s ESE support facilitator.
Q: How do I communicate with you, my child(ren)’s English teacher?
A: You can communicate with teacher(s) via google classroom, school email, and the phone. See my contact information on the parent portal.
Q: How does my child receive grades during online learning?
A: Students will still receive grades on the Mashov and Classroom.
Q: What are "Office Hours" and how can I access them?
A: Office hours are an opportunity for students to connect with their teacher(s) via phone or computer. Office hours will be set by the school and/or teacher. Review communications from your teachers in their Google Classroom for their specific office hours.
Q: Will teachers track attendance?
A: Yes, we will be tracking student progress and attendance through logins and completion of assigned lessons.
Q: Can my student access the platforms with their school mail?
A: Yes, students should be able to access most platforms on any device using their school mail if they have internet access.
