3rd Grade Parent Orientation Slides: Learn more about our 4th grade Intermediate School program.
Clubs & Activities: Offered in coordination with the Olmsted Community Center.
Science Club: Science Club Sign ups are now available to 4th or 5th graders interested in hands-on science and engineering. Two sessions of the club will be offered (10/14-11/18 OR 1/13-2/17). Each session is limited to the first 20 students who sign up. The club meets after school on Wednesdays and students must have a ride home at 3:10. Additional information is available in the office. Join Checkmate4Cause's Thursday Knight Showdown! Checkmate4Cause is a student-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to making chess accessible through free lessons, tournaments, and community events.
Students are invited to join our Thursday Knight Showdown, a free virtual chess learning program offered in four-week series, with sessions held on Thursdays from 4:00–5:00 PM. Each series gives students the opportunity to explore chess strategies, strengthen their skills, and connect with other young chess enthusiasts. Players of all experience levels are welcome!

Student Council: In October, interested students may fill out a Student Council application. Each homeroom will elect one representative from the pool of applicants. Each month there will be one morning meeting. Student Council's Mission Statement is "to empower students through leadership and service, act as the collective voice of the student body, and foster a positive school community."

📋 Reminders & Expectations
No Food in the Classroom – Snacks/treats must be on the Safe Snack List. Non-list birthday treats should be dropped off in the office and will be distributed at lunch.
Electronic Devices Reminder - Students in grades PreK–5 may not use personal communication devices (PCDs)—including cell phones and SMART watches—during the school day or while riding to and from school on district transportation. This includes the time students walk to and from transfer buses. All devices must be turned off and stored in bookbags or lockers throughout the day. Failure to follow these expectations may result in confiscation or disciplinary action.
Car Riders – Parents must complete an Early Release Form to pick up students at dismissal.
Dress Code – Please review with your child as seasons change.
Identification Required – All visitors must present a driver’s license or state ID at check-in.
