öbu - The Swiss Business Council for Sustainable Development

öbu, established 1989, promotes the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs, Agenda 2030) by Swiss companies and organizations. For this purpose, we bring people, companies, ideas, and methods together and work together to promote a sustainable Swiss economy.

As part of the ‘Reuse in the Construction Industry’ initiative, circular supply chains for reused building materials have been promoted since 2021 and the framework conditions for this have been prepared.  

cirkla - The Umbrella Organisation for Reuse in Switzerland 

Cirkla is an association that brings together all stakeholders involved in reuse from the fields of architecture, consulting, planning, execution and distribution. Its focus is on promoting and developing construction and planning practices based on the use of reused elements.
