INSTRUCTIONS

We are so lucky that your child is a part of our class. We want to know more about them. Please have your child choose ONE of the options below:

Choice #1 - Make a Video

Please help your child make a 3 to 5-minute video presenting information about them. We want to know about your child's family, pets, hobbies, favorite foods, etc. Your child can present this information in any way they choose whether it's by showing off a special talent, giving a tour of their bedroom, sharing meaningful pictures/items, or simply talking to the camera. Once completed the video can be sent to me via email.

Choice #2 - Make a Poster

Please help your child make a poster that represents them. The poster can include pictures, illustrations, and any information that your child would like to share with our class. We want to know about your child's family, pets, hobbies, favorite foods, etc.

After your child's video is shown or their poster is presented, they may share one item OR a talent for Show-and-Tell (no PETS in the classroom please). If your child would like to share their pet for Show-and-Tell, please make a video of your pet, email it to me, and I will show it to the class for your child's Show-and-Tell.

Please see the schedule below. You will receive an email the week before your child's scheduled week. Star Student presentations take place on Mondays. Following presentations, we write about the Star Student in our "Friend Book." Due to our schedule, it is extremely important that your child be prepared to present on the Monday of the week that they are Student of the Week.
