In true design-thinking fashion, we first interviewed and empathized with our initial audience to truly understand the problem at hand.
To get multiple perspectives on the issue, we talked to various groups of people, such as:
University cybersecurity students
Non-cyber students
STEM high school teachers
University STEM professors
STEM industry professionals
All of our stakeholders expressed similar concerns when it came to communicating cybersecurity. Some of these concerns are outlined below.
