For years, the REACH program has served the greater Hampton Roads area by providing fun, innovative programming that combines outcome-focused youth development and diabetes education.
Mission
The mission of Recreate, Educate, Advocate, and Climb Higher is to provide a space of empowerment for youth with type 1 and 2 diabetes that promotes self-determined behaviors for a healthy lifestyle.
