Fishing has taught me so much about myself and life. I believe fishing has played a big role in defining myself in many ways. First off, it taught me patience and how you can't rush anything; you have to take your time and do it right, or you're probably going to mess it up and have to restart. It also taught me that you're not always going to get what you want, and you should be ok with that. Fishing also helped me become more social, just like lifting, because I would either go with my friends or, if I'm at a pier, then I will talk to the locals there, and they would teach me their knowledge about fishing. It's also nostalgic to me because I used to go fishing with my dad and sister almost every day around a decade ago. We still go together on occasions, but we all live our own lives and haven't been able to go in a long time.
The biggest fish I caught was a 3-foot barracuda
