Equipped with the technical know-how to run the VR simulations and the expertise to lead post-scenario debriefs, your representative will guide participants through exactly what they could have done differently to protect their data.
The institution chooses a member to be the trained representative (e.g., library staff in universities, HR in companies).
Member goes through rigorous training on both the human and technical side
Member sets up a time for training with their organization (dependent on number of headsets), game can be individual or collaborative
Environment can be tailored to needs (office, school, etc.)
