All guests would fit into bleachers on one side and bands would be able to come into the gym during their performance only and perform their music. This pizza is being donated by Fitz's Trash Bin Cleaning LLC. who is graciously donating the food for tonight's fundraiser for the Music Department.

Band Show Information:
This will be Open Door's 3rd time in school history ever competing in an OMEA marching competition. Rules and expectations for this event will be similar to OMEA District Contest in the spring. All students must ride the bus to and from the event - NO EXCEPTIONS.
The band will be under strict time limits from the minute we arrive at Avon Lake High School to the minute we leave. There will be no room for error. Please make sure your child has arrived, all instruments are together, and that they are lined up, outside, and in parade formation, ready to march over to the practice field no later than 1:45 PM for warm-ups for this event to help keep everything on track.
Spectator Parking:
Spectator parking will be right outside of the football stadium. Bus and trailer parking will be off of Electric Blvd only. No cars may park in the parking lot off of Electric Blvd. Please see the diagram to the side for more information.

In the event of severe weather, we will take shelter based upon your location at that time. Spectators in the Stadium will go to their vehicles, Bands will go into the High School Gym. We will also have the option to continue the performance in our gymnasium and all would be welcome.
