Should cancellation of individual reservations become necessary, the Hampton Inn by Hilton Ottawa Airport must receive cancellation notification within 72 hours prior to arrival, if cancellation needs to occur after that, a deposit will be requested at the discretion of the hotel. A 50% deposit will be applied to all rooms should the entire block need to be cancelled after the cutoff date.
