Octorara students enroll through their school counselor.  They do not fill out an application.

Students Applying From Chester County Schools other than Octorara

Process for registration and enrollment is as follows:

1. 1. Complete an online application

   2. The Octorara Area Career & Technical Education office receives an application from a student

   3. The Octorara Area Career & Technical Education office sends a “Counselor Verification Notice” to the students home school’s counselor

      1. This is a verification for sending school student approval

      2. Request for student transcripts, attendance records, discipline records, and other special need transcripts/documents

   4. Students/parents are notified that a “Counselor Verification Notice” was sent

   5. Once documents are acquired by Octorara Area Career & Technical Education office the student/parents are sent an “Acceptance Letter” and must confirm their attendance in the Academy

   6. "School Notification of Acceptance” is sent to school counselor.
