ABOUT THIS CERTIFICATION

'Medical Terminology' is an elective SHSM certification for Health and Wellness SHSM sector. This course will provide you with knowledge and skills related to the use of complex medical terms that can be used in many health-related workplaces. The course is designed to be completed independently at your own pace, with interactive content, videos, and practical assessments.

Before you proceed any further with this certification, make a copy of the Student Workbook.

As you progress through each module, you will need to add notes, thoughts and ideas to the Student Workbook that is provided to the left.  The 'writing' symbol will indicate when you need to add anything to the Student Workbook.  

In total, this certification will take approximately 3 hours to complete.
