All online paperwork along with proof of a current sports physical is required to practice on the first day.

*All parents are required to create an account with Rank One Sport and Health
*By establishing an account parents and students will be able to access the online forms as well as be able to download the mobile app to receive real time updates about athletic events and paperwork.
